Latency lab

Images at different specs for manual latency testing (open DevTools → Network, then hard-reload to bypass cache). Two paths: the Netlify Image CDN resizes and transcodes one source on the fly; raw static assets are served at full weight.

Submit a report (Forms)

A Netlify Form; submissions appear in the site's Forms dashboard.

Stamp a report (Functions + Blobs)

POSTs to /.netlify/functions/stamp-report, which writes and reads back a record in Netlify Blobs.
